Can you check logs and see what is there exactly?

    /var/cpanel/roundcube/log/errors

I have tried to rename the file and number_stamp then access RoundCube again but still can't get in. Actually I don't know how to run PHP-FRM of the second way to correct the issue.  Can you just delete all the data and account for me please? I don't need the old data and want to restart all account. Thank you!

Kenny Xie - you'll need to contact your hosting provider to have them perform that work for you.
