How to get paid support

I would like to pay for support rather than going through my hosting partner due to their very slow and bad response. But I am not given the option to do so. Is there any way to get paid support rather than buying the licence directly from cPanel store?

  Hey there!  Unfortunately not at this time.  Your only option would be to switch your license to one purchased directly from cPanel.
