    Contabo are required to provide support to you, as the message you see and have posted.

    Our licences are provided by our server providers and they provide our support. Anything they can not resolve is then sent on to cPanel via their internal processes.

    What Damian said - your hosting provider is the first point of contact and then if they can not resolve the issue they can escalate the problem to us.

    If you'd like to contact cPanel directly about a problem your cPanel license would need to be purchased from us.
