Hey there!  Can you let us know what errors or conflicts you're seeing?

Hello, this is the error we are having when we run the application, we install it through Application Manager, it runs fine on the PC but the website does not want to run here. If you can help us explain how to correct the error, we would appreciate it, and on the other hand, how much do your services cost?

Thanks for the additional details.  That error seems to be very specific in that it is expecting to see a specific module that isn't present on the server.

All the information we have is located at https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/software/application-manager/ and https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/web-services/how-to-install-a-python-wsgi-application/ - I would recommend trying to setup the default application there and see if that runs normally.  There is no charge for support if your license is purchased through us - if not, you will need to speak with your license provider, but as the second link says, our support for the actual applications is very limited.

Hello, with all due respect, we made a video of all the procedures so that you can see that we are guided by the tutorial so that you can see that we do everything and the project does not run, I attach the steps so that you can tell me what error we are having, thank you very much. I speak Spanish and I translate it, so I can understand if there are any errors. Thank you very much again.

It seems you aren't performing the steps properly.  I don't see where step 4 was performed at all, which is where you copy the application to your local account. Step 5 then needs to be customized to be specific to your application.

I'm really not able to provide support for this tool.  If things aren't working as you expect you'll need to submit a ticket to our team, and even then, there is minimal support for this functionality as mentioned at the top of the documentation page.

Hello, I made it more specific now so that it can be seen step by step, the project does not load. If you tell me what the error is, I would appreciate it. I made it smaller, thank you very much. https://youtu.be/1pNPAtjedI4

Hello, please help me to see the errors, they already explained to me but it does not recognize the Art Therapy module by investigating thoroughly and we found that there is no virtual environment for the app and this could be the error, how to do this because the tutorial really did not tell us to do it. a virtual environment iberoarteterapia@hosting:~/pythonapp$ python3 -c "import sys; print(sys.prefix)" /usr output from python3 -c "import sys; print(sys.prefix)" indicates that the current path is /usr, which is the system's Python installation. This confirms that the virtual environment is not active. can you help me with this? Can you help me with this, isn't the problem that a virtual environment is not being installed for the app? I wait for your help

I'm honestly not sure - it would be best to reach out to your hosting provider for support on this issue.
