Hello,

Getting this below error on my all cpanels account, Why this error is coming?

The system failed to obtain filesystem information about “/var/cpanel/ssl/apache_tls/.pending_delete/starsjackets.com” because of an error: Permission denied

  I fixed the issue with:

  chmod 755 /var/cpanel/ssl/apache_tls

  chmod 755 /var/cpanel/ssl

  rm -rf /var/cpanel/ssl/apache_tls/.pending_delete/starsjackets.com

  service cpanel restart

  and everything working fine... Life goes easy now...

  I'm glad you were able to get things working!  I would like to confirm that /var/cpanel/ssl/apache_tls should be 711 with root:root ownership, and /var/cpanel/ssl should be 755 root:root.
