Hey there! Do you see any issues with your domain name if you scan it with a tool like IntoDNS.com? Any DNS problem there could lead to the message.
Based on that error it sounds like there wouldn't be anything at all in your server's Exim logs, but it's never a bad idea to check to make sure nothing is reaching your server.

Hello cPRex
I checked IntoDNS.com and it seems everything is perfectly.
I have read that it could be the DNSSEC and I did remove my DNSSEC but I still view my DS record Digest.. How can remove them perfectly?

I don't believe DNSSEC would be related, as that relates to sending messages and not the ability to receive them. All of the details we have related to that function can be found here:
https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/dns/dnssec/
It would likely be best to speak with Microsoft to see why they can't send to your domain, as other email clients are working well.

Since some areas are working well that indicates the DNS for the domain itself and things are the server side are likely configured correctly.
It might be best to send a message from another mailserver where you have root access so you can see the full log, as that could give more details about the issue. You're also welcome to submit a support ticket about the problem so we, or your host, can take a look.
