How to update SpamAssassin blocklist
We have specific emails that are not being delivered on to our servers.
Email on the Exim_rejectlog says:
Content analysis details: (98.7 points, 5.0 required)
pts rule name description
---- ---------------------- --------------------------------------------------
0.0 URIBL_BLOCKED ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE: The query to URIBL was
blocked. See
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/DnsBlocklists#dnsbl-block
for more information.
[URIs: krystal.uk]
0.0 USER_IN_BLOCKLIST From: user is listed in the block-list
100 USER_IN_BLACKLIST DEPRECATED: See USER_IN_BLOCKLIST
-0.5 BAYES_00 BODY: Bayes spam probability is 0 to 1%
[score: 0.0000]
-0.0 SPF_PASS SPF: sender matches SPF record
0.0 WEIRD_PORT URI: Uses non-standard port number for HTTP
0.0 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message
-0.1 DKIM_VALID Message has at least one valid DKIM or DK signature
0.1 DKIM_SIGNED Message has a DKIM or DK signature, not necessarily
valid
-1.0 DKIM_VALID_AU Message has a valid DKIM or DK signature from
author's domain
-0.1 DKIM_VALID_EF Message has a valid DKIM or DK signature from
envelope-from domain
0.3 T_KAM_HTML_FONT_INVALID Test for Invalidly Named or Formatted
Colors in HTML
-0.0 T_SCC_BODY_TEXT_LINE No description available.
However, Having checked the Exim blacklist, the Firewall (CSF) blacklist and the account/mail specific SpamAssassin blacklist, I can't find where the IP or the mail address of the sender is being checked from.
Where is the
0.0 USER_IN_BLOCKLIST From: user is listed in the block-list
100 USER_IN_BLACKLIST DEPRECATED: See USER_IN_BLOCKLIST
data being held on WHM?
Independent checking of the sending IP shows it is not on a 3rd Party external blacklist.
Thanks.
EDIT:
Found it.
Spam Assassin has it's own customisable list of exclusions on
/etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf
ALSO NOTE: There is no button on topics on this forum to post replies. The edit above should be a reply not an edit to the original.

Hey there! I'm glad you were able to track this down. There have been intermittent issues with the "Submit" button not showing up for people, and that's something both us and Zendesk are working on.
