If you install this record, this change will not be effective. Contact the person responsible for the “ns27.domaincontrol.com” and “ns28.domaincontrol.com” nameservers and request that they update the “DKIM” record with the following:

  Hey there!  This means that you can create the DKIM record, but you need to copy and paste it into GoDaddy's nameservers as they control the DNS for your domain.

  I am seeing this error as well on the dedicated server I am running through GoDaddy. Does this still mean I need to go to GoDaddy, or is there a setting in the WHM I can configure?

  Joseph Rick - this means you'll need to contact either GoDaddy, or whomever is handling your DNS.  There wouldn't be anything in cPanel you can adjust to resolve this without changing the DNS structure of the domain.
