    Hey there!  I'm not entirely sure what you mean as there is no subscription to the Forums here.  Can you provide me with more specific details on what you want to cancel?

    LOL, sorry, I can be today's nutso clueless poster that drives everyone crazy.
    My dev asked for Cpanel subscription. I subscribed. Isn't doing what we need without upgrading to a higher tier, so I've been trying to cancel the monthly subscription, and some amount of convoluted clicking through help menus brought me here.

    Ha - no worries at all!

    If you license was purchased directly through us, meaning you have root access to the entire server and not just one cPanel account, email cs@cpanel.net and we'll be able to get that taken care of.

    If your license was purchased as part of a hosting plan and you only have access to your one account, you'd need to speak with your host to get that canceled.
