SSL Not working on WHM Anymore
Good day.
I started to use Let’s Encrypt due to the continuing issues with Sectigo and now the WHM server itself is not working in SSL anymore. How can I force the SERVER itself to use SSL using Let’s Encrypt?
Thank you all for your help.

I don't have much else I can add on my side. Hopefully that ticket will provide a quick resolution.

I do what I can! In this situation we'll need to take a look since all the tests seem to check out fine.

I fixed it. The domain name I used for my hostname was removed from the server as I re added it as I am not using it, but for some odd reason when I re added it, the SSL worked on that domain and then I ran the update SSL script, rebooted and all is fine in c panel world.

The hostname domain needs to be added as per the sub domain for the hostname.
sub.domain.ca - Added domain.ca as a separte account and well that worked after I ran update SSL script. :)

This thread was helpful solving my recent issue with an EC2 instance. I was running /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts but was getting 400 error back from letsencrypt because it was trying to create a cert for a bunch of xxxx.xxxxxx.internal domains.
Resetting hostname_history.json did the trick from the article mentioned. https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/5208055750039-Old-hostname-shows-up-in-new-hostname-certificates
Thanks!
