manage2.cpanel.net stuck on login/id verification

I wanted to purchase KernelCare licence from WHM, Home / Server Configuration / WHM Marketplace -> Manage

Logging into manage2. is stuck on id verification, keep just refreshing.

Any fix?

  Hey there!  I haven't heard about any issues with Manage2 today, and I'm not able to reproduce just now.  Can you try a different browser to see if that might be an issue?

  Tried on Chrome, Safari, Opera on macOS same issue. Stuck on https://id.cpanel.net/get/login?url=..... after

  id.cpanel.net

  Verification successful

  Waiting for id.cpanel.net to respond... 

   

  and keeps refreshing.

  I'm assuming I can't buy KernelCare licence from cPanel as my cPanel licence is bought from OVH? Can you confirm, may be this is the issue. I got reply from CS but they asked to buy cPanel licence and no reply for KernelCare?

  There is no reason you couldn't buy the KernelCare license through us even if the cPanel license was purchased elsewhere.
