Unable to access server to get Support ID for support ticket
I upgraded my cPanel license from the Trial to a Solo license. Shortly thereafter, the server completely crashed and now I cannot even load the WHM login url. I am attempting to put in a support ticket, but it is requiring a "Support Access ID" which I can only access after logging into WHM, which I cannot do.
There is no other way to contact Cpanel of course and I cannot put in a support ticket, so what exactly can I do here to place a support ticket and get the server running again?

Hey there! You can email cs@cpanel.net if you aren't able to get that support ID from the system and that will create a ticket with our team!
