Email only account with no web

I want to know if we can create a cPanel account that is only for email. I already saw that in the feature manager I can remove all the options not related to email within the client's cPanel. But, if the client does FTP with their cPanel username and password, they could upload files and launch a website.

  Hey there!  In theory, yes, if the client knows the main cPanel username and password, that would be possible.  However, FTP is disabled by default on new cPanel installs, so you'd also have to install that tool and open the necessary ports for FTP to work before that would happen.

  From what you mentioned, then in order to sell hosting accounts that are only for email, I need to have a new server only for these clients, ok?

  Yes, I would recommend a server dedicated to just that function where you could block requests to port 80 so there is no possibility of a website happening.
