POstgress SQL installation
Hello, in cpanel WHM, I want to delete an account and I get the following error:
XID xjep6d) “PostgreSQL” is disabled but the user “XXXX” possesses 1 database. You must enable “PostgreSQL” to remove the user “XXXX”.
I think that if I install SQL postgres it will show users and databases. Perhaps the previous administrator installed Postgress but then uninstalled it because it was not necessary.
Postgress SQL installation it gives me the following error:

Hey there! It seems like there may be a larger issue with Yum on the server if it's isn't able to find those packages. Are you able to run "yum update" on the system without an issue?

Yes, result:

Thanks for that - at least that looks good! Can you let me know your operating system? Running:
cat /etc/redhat-release
will show the OS details.

CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)
cPanel Version110.0.270 -
I don't have a good explanation as to why PostGreSQL wouldn't be available for that system. It might be best to create a ticket so we can take a look.

DELIGHTED! but my system is hosted at Hetzner and you have not been able to give me support. Is there any way to look at it?
More than not available, I understand that in some configuration error it does not accept the installation directory. I have another identical server and it has postgre installed correctly.

You'd have to contact Hetzner and then they would escalate the issue to us if necessary.
