upcp script failing from past few days

Hi,
From past 1 week, upcp cron is failing with below error
[2024-04-16 01:37:02 +0530] E [/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_and_fix_rpm_issues] The “/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_and_fix_rpm_issues” command (process 203800) ended prematurely because it received the “TERM” (15) signal. The system aborted the subprocess because it reached the timeout of 3,600 seconds.

I was also getting below error daily from past few days, so i ran yum remove alt-php-xray as suggested at below link, thinking that this is causing upcp to fail https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/6559844072604-CL-Shared-edition-is-not-supported-by-X-Ray

But, this command got struck from last 30 mins
[root@s1 ~]# yum remove alt-php-xray

Update 2 :
After removing alt-php-xray, i ran "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp" manually, and it completed successfully.1 -

Now, i started getting new error from past 2 days after the above error is fixed. Not sure if it is related to "yum remove alt-php-xray"
Below is the error, i gotYour CloudLinux Server has issues.
Check cagefs mount points exists:
FAILED: There are missing mount points: ['/var/clwpos/uids']
Command for disabling this cron checker: "cldiag --disable-cron-checkers check-cagefs-mount-points-exist"0 -
I wouldn't expect this error to be related, no. Were you able to rebuild CageFS to get that working?

I have rebuilt and it said Updating users ...Updating statuses of users ....
Will wait for the cron to run and see if it still reports this issue.
I thought removing alt-php-xray caused the issue because, it didn't execute in a perfect way, i got the below error but uninstallation process completed, so may be there were some leftovers.

It might be best to contact CloudLinux (or us if your CloudLinux license was purchased through cPanel) so we can take a look at the system and avoid further damage.
