Failed to sysseek(/usr/local/apache2/logs/error_log)

I want to ask when after restarting my whm/cPanel, my httpd server failed to restart with that message, i try to reinstall apache and htttpd always failed when install

  Hey there!  Can you run the following two commands and share the output here?

  rpm -qf /usr/lib/systemd/system/httpd.service
  ls -lah /usr/local/apache/
  

  Once we know those results I may have more ideas about the issue.
