Cannot open my Word Press website anymore

Hello,

When I try to connect to my wp-admin ( from cPanel, or directly by using mydomain/wp-admin ) I get the same error: "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."  There is no email with instructions in my email box.

Please advise.
