Hey there!  I don't have any other reports of this on my end so I don't have any good thoughts for you.  is there possible an issue with port 2096 in the firewall or Cloudflare settings?

Already tested with firewall and cloudflare disabled. It is still the same. My cpanel license comes with the hosting. How can I get a cPanel support? My clients are asking me for ETA.

    Hi,

I just wanted to chime in that after I upgraded to 120.0.2 I started to experience this exact same issue. My whm/cpanel license also comes from my hosting provider.

    OS: AlmaLinux 8.9.0

You'll need to contact your hosting provider and they can escalate the issue to us if they aren't able to resolve the problem.  It would also be good to know if domain.com/webmail or accessing webmail through cPanel works better than webmail.domain.com in these instances.

Both domain.com/webmail and webmail.domain.com aren't working. The only thing that works for now is adding 2096 port to my server hostname (i.e., host.myserverhostdomain.org:2096) but my clients hate using from that URL. They only want to use their webmail from their URL.

I will try to contact my hosting provider but I firmly believe that it has nothing to do with them.

That's certainly a clue though!  That could indicate a DNS issue of some sort, and if Cloudflare is involved there could be different points of failure outside of cPanel's control also.

If the Cloudflare configuration is new, you may need to make adjustments there:

    https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/network-ports/

If that doesn't help, feel free to create a ticket with your host and they can always reach out to us if necessary.

Possible but as I have told you earlier, I have tried disabling the firewall and global pausing the cloudflare as mentioned here (https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/setup/manage-domains/pause-cloudflare/).

That was before and after opening the ticket here and it didn't fix the issue.

Do you have that ticket number so I can follow along?

    Yes, it is CS9596532.

My server IP is <redacted>. From there, you can find out the hosting provider, right?

We don't have any control over that ticket, so they'll need to escalate the issue to us if they aren't able to resolve the problem.

I have had my hosting provider escalate the issue to you. Meanwhile, I have further narrowed down the issue. The problem appears to be with the roundcube.

Newly created accounts can see the following page after logging in.

But when clicking the "Open" button, endless loading and breakdown occur. The existing accounts that didn't check "Open my inbox when I log in" might also see this page.

Yes same error only access with the port 2096 and with the host domain, not with subdomain webmail.

cPRex Bypassing the Cloudflare proxy for webmail subdomain works but it is not an ideal solution since we have hundreds of domains with Cloudflare. When can we expect the fix from your team?

    Optimizr,

I'm in pretty much the same situation. Fortunately, you can just bypass Cloudflare on the webmail subdomain and continue using the proxy for the primary domain and other subdomains.

The downside is that bypassing the proxy means you also can't use Cloudflare origin server certificates. For my domains using Webmail I had to individually switch them back to Let's Encrypt certs. I'm lucky only a handful of my clients rely on Webmail, if I had to do this for everyone it would take forever.

I'm sure you've heard me say it before, but I never provide an official ETA unless I know with 100% certainty that a fix is imminent.  I know we're still working on the case at this time, but hopefully they'll have a fix soon!
