whm login suddenly appears login with cpaneId

I remember that my team and I didn't change the password, but why did the login fail and it said login via CpanelID? Can i reset password via command-line? Please help us ASAP :(

  Hey there!  I'm not completely sure what you are experiencing - could you post a screenshot, with any sensitive information removed?

  That looks normal to me.  It just seems that someone has setup external authentication at some point as outlined here:

  https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/accounts/how-to-log-in-to-your-server-or-account/#use-external-authentication-for-cpanel

  Ultimately, if the login isn't working, you'll have to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter to have them reset the root password for the machine.

  i can ssh server from here, i want to reset my root password or maybe i cant to change cpanelId that connected with my server.

  If you have root SSH access you can just use the "passwd" command to change your password.
