Let's Encrypt Limits
We are currently hosting websites on cPanel with over 98 domains per account. Based on the latest updates from the WHM panel, it appears that Let's Encrypt will soon be the sole provider of SSL certificates. However, we're facing a challenge due to Let's Encrypt's policy of not issuing certificates for accounts hosting more than 98 domains, as 'www' subdomains are also counted, effectively doubling the domain count.
Our question is as follows:
Is there a method to exclude 'www' subdomains from SSL certificate issuance, or do you know of any workaround that would enable Let's Encrypt to function with our current setup?

Hey there! You can use the cPanel >> SSL/TLS Status page to exclude domains from the SSL certificate. This will keep any future renewal attempts from happening for the domains you exclude.

To make things more clear we have several whm servers, and thousands of domains on each individual cpanel accounts which is very hard thing to do manually. Are there any API or terminal command that we can use to accomplish this task?

There sure is! We have an API call for this here:
