Mail not receiving on one mail account

10 mails id in a cpanel account and all are working. When someone sends an email to all these mail accounts with cc then it will receive in ibox correctly expect one mail account. Why its not receives or skip one account.

  1st place to check is in cPanel -> Email -> Email Deliverability

  Or directly in the mail log at /var/log/exim_mainlog.
