Outlook on android does not show notifications for new emails

Hello,

I would like to know how can I setup notifications for Outlook on Android for emails that my customers use.

At the moment anybody that uses Outlook on their phones have to open the app and refresh in order to see new emails. Notification does not show up.

Other apps like Gmail, K-9 etc. work just fine. 

I've read some forums and topics regarding this issue, but could not find the solution.

Do I just tell them Outlook on phones does not work with my server or what?

My server is: OS: AlmaLinux v8.9.0 STANDARD standard; cPanel Version 120.0.2

  Hey there!  This would be an issue specific to Outlook and not something controlled on the server side, so I don't have any recommendations to provide on my end.
