Hey there!  Can you search the Exim log directly for that mail ID so we can get more details about the entire mail transaction?  That would look like this:

    grep 1s0E49-00DzLR-37 /var/log/exim_mainlog

I've already investigated the issue by checking the exim_rejectlog and the custom filter.log files, but I couldn't find any logs indicating the sender of the email or why the "< >" issue is occurring

Thanks for the additional details - that's exactly what I needed to see.

Do you see any customizations to the system that follow our guide here?

    https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/email/how-to-customize-the-exim-system-filter-file/?_ga=2.245849350.32987349.1713757547-1135292003.1709834148

It would seem that something has been configured on the machine to delete this message directly from Exim.

I've thoroughly reviewed the entire file but couldn't locate any settings responsible for the deletion of this email. I'm unable to comprehend why this email is being discarded, the sender's information is not displaying.

It would likely be best to create a ticket so we can do some more investigation on this issue.  If your cPanel license was purchased through your hosting provider you would need to contact them and then they could escalate the issue to us as necessary.
