    Hello,

My users are also complaining the same that in Roundcube all their contacts have vanished. I checked and found so.
    OS
    AlmaLinux v8.9.0 STANDARD standard
    cPanel Version
    120.0.2

What needs to be done to fix it?

    Thank you

    Hello,

    I'm on same:

    Operating System CloudLinux v8.9.0
Product cPanel & WHM v120.0.2 (STANDARD)

I'm not seeing much support here in the forum.

    I'll open a ticket today.

I cant open a ticket as my license is from OVH and they dont provide support other than hardware and network. It has been one day since your post and still nothing here from the mods. Shall request you and the mods to update this thread with the solution. Thank you!

Oh Crap! ... that's right. cPanel will no longer support their licenses bought from resellers.

    Damn!

I have some through cPanel and some through OVH. I have to check now.

    In the affected accounts,

    • ogin to webmail
    • Click Settings->Contacts
    • Choose "Collected Recipients" in "Store Outgoing Email Recipients in"
    • Click Save
    • The contacts should reappear under Contacts as well as while composing.

    This is the workaround solution.

However, cPanel should provide an update / patch etc. to resolve this without the users needing to do these.

The solution mentioned above was the solution for me.

I had created a ticket with cPanel, and I received a reply to follow the article:

Our accounts have also experienced this issue after upgrading from CentOS 7 to CloudLinux 8.

We hope we can get this issue fixed ASAP.
