Hey there!  It looks like you contacted Customer Service and not our support team.  You would need to reach out to your license provider to obtain additional support on the issue, but I'm guessing this is related to a recent Exim change where they adjusted the length of the mail ID field.

    Hi cPRex

Thank you for the reply, I have reached out to our license provider which is ServerMania , they informed me that they only provide the license for Cpanel. Anything I need from them and provide it to Cpanel Support?

    Regards,

    Henry

Yes, the place you purchase your license is where you should contact for support, and then they can escalate the issue to us if they are not able to resolve the problem.

    Seeing the same issue

Every email sent ends up in queue and fails to be sent with error like this one
1s3xyq-0000000CBKD-0eAa Spool file 1s3xyq-0000000CBKD-0eAa-D not found

    but the queue files exist

    find /var/spool/exim -type f -name '1s3xyq-0000000CBKD-0eAa*'
    /var/spool/exim/input/0/1s3xyq-0000000CBKD-0eAa-D
    /var/spool/exim/input/0/1s3xyq-0000000CBKD-0eAa-H

so wondering if this was resolved. The only thing I'm seeing is this article related to cP but see a DA article about the same thing and seems to be related to Exim change in how it handles Mail IDs

https://forum.directadmin.com/threads/urgent-spool-file-exim-not-found.69527/ we can likely create a cP ticket but if it's already been solved what do?

chris kulpa - I had to perform the following

    1. Uninstall MSFE and MailScanner - removed related files

    2. Reset Exim to defaults

    3. Recreated spool files , -stopped exim and then backed up the files

    4. Reinstalled MSFE and MailScanner

    5. Restored spool files

    6. Started exim

You're right , I think what happened is the Exim update and Chirpy's team was quick to have it addressed as a MailScanner update
