Have multiple accounts in a cpanel server. How can I change the document root of a particular account or domain

  i have a cpanel account with domain abcd.com. and created a sub domain a.abcd.com. 
  
  my requirement is when ever I adds a new domain in same cpanel account, we need to change its by default documentroot to a.abcd.com.

  I don't believe there is a way to change that by default.  However, on the cPanel >> Domains page there is the "Specify the directory where you want the files for this domain to exist" option when you create the domain where you can adjust that.
