Could not restore account

Hello,

I am getting following error while restoring backup. I have latest cPanel install, have already run upcp, updated server software etc, please suggest how to fix this.

I am unable to create support ticket because cPanel license is through datacenter.

    Hey there!  Can you post the output of this command on the server please?

    ls -lah /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/AccountEnhancements

    Also, you are always welcome to create a ticket with wherever you purchased your cPanel license, and then they would escalate the issue to us if necessary.
