Roundcube shows "file not found" when accessing specific mailbox
We have a specific customer with a specific mailbox. When we try to access it (via his cpanel account > check email) or he tries via the webmail interface with his password, we get an error:
FICHER INTROUVABLE
La ressource demandée n’a pas été trouvéeÉchec de la demande: server.name/cpsessXXXXXXX/3rdparty/roundcube/index.php?_task=mail&_token=MVE5LniPM9V3iCRQZ1bhi3ILaRbzcXHG
The server.name is our server full name but without port, while the URL shows server.name:2096. This doesn't affect other mailboxes on the server, nor this user's other mailboxes.
Is it a known issues please?

Hey there! Can you try running a forced update on the machine with "/scripts/upcp --force" to see if that takes care of the issue?

Unfortunately, doesn't work better. Moreover, I can't find the logs related to roundcube (listed here) in `/var/cpanel/roundcube/log` or `/home/USER/logs/roundcube`, etc…
