I am Paying More than my invoices !!! And Very Bad Support !

last month my licence expired, ( at 17th ) i had logged in to my WHM and saw my licence is expired ( 60USD ) , i went to my invoices and saw its 121USD ( 2 same invoices in 1 invoice ) , asked from support center and after many hours they said we are sorry , we will refund 60USD in 5-10 business days , so i paid 121 USD , but there is no refund from cpanel to me until now after 20 days .
again today ( at 5th ) i saw my cpanel licence is expired and again i have 121 USD invoice ,
i asked from support center and after many hours later they answered me , SAME ANSWER , that you pay it we will refund it !
so i paid it again bcz i needed to my files , but after payment i saw my licence still EXPIRED and i cant login to whm !
asked from SUPPORT CENTER and after 3 hours i didnt saw any answer , so i went to my SERVICES and ordered new licence on my same IP , and saw they charged me for 55 USD more !!!!!! and i had to pay it and paid !
i wanna to say it WHY ?!!! in less than 20 days i had paid 300 USD without any refund !!!!
its near 12 hours that i have not any answer from support !!!
really its too bad for me , maybe i move from cpanel to another platform !!!

Is your license directly from cPanel or via a 3rd party license?

I see you already have a ticket with our Customer Service leadership about this issue. We'll be replying to that ticket as soon as we can, but there isn't anything I can do for licensing issues over the Forum.
