Manage Service SSL Certificates / Let’s Encrypt ERROR new hostaname whm

Hello!
I just installed a new whm/cpanel is a new server but I can not install all Service SSL Certificates because and error from Let's Encrypt:

This is the log:

The system will check for the certificate for the “cpanel” service.
The system will attempt to replace the self-signed certificate for the “cpanel” service with a signed certificate from the “Let’s Encrypt™” provider.
The system will attempt to install a certificate for the “cpanel” service from the system SSL storage.
None of the certificates in the system SSL storage were acceptable to use for the “cpanel” service.
The system will attempt to get a new certificate for the domains: ovhoy.galileu-o.net, autoconfig.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net, autodiscover.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net, cpanel.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net, cpcalendars.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net, cpcontacts.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net, ipv6.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net, mail.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net, webdisk.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net, webmail.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net, whm.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net, www.xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net
429 urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited (The request exceeds a rate limit) (Error creating new order :: too many currently pending authorizations: 309: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/) at bin/checkallsslcerts.pl line 735.

I also make this changes: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/5208055750039-Old-hostname-shows-up-in-new-hostname-certificates

And also run /scripts/cpdig xxxxx.galileu-xxxxx.net A, points to correct IP.

I don't know what to do else.
Can anyone help?

  Hello!
  The Service SSL Certificates has been installed just now! I think there was a temporary problem with Let’s Encrypt (o similar)
