How to redirect mail.domain.com to webmail?
In default Cpanel DNS/Apache config if i type mail.domain.com it redirect main web site page.
About to migrate 500 Zimbra users to Cpanel mail and all desktops shortcut points to https://mail.domain.com

Hey there! cPanel doesn't include a way to do this by default, as the Webmail service listens on a different port than web traffic. However, I've come up with a workaround that's easy to implement and will look seamless to your users.
-Create a subdomain on your account through the cPanel >> Domains area
-Use the cPanel >> Redirects page to redirect mail.domain.com, which will now appear in the dropdown menu since you created the subdomain, to https://webmail.domain.comAt this point, going to mail.domain.com will load the webmail login interface on the domain.
If you don't control the DNS for the domain on this local cPanel server you'll need to add that mail A record wherever your DNS is hosted.
