    Hey there!  I'm not able to reproduce this when visiting webmail with the "locale=pt-br" on my personal machine, so I'm wondering if you just have some cached data there.  If you try a different browser does the issue still happen?

    Yes, Chrome, Firefox and Edge, including Incognito mode, and clearing caches... I'll do more tests (english browsers, another connection, etc).

    Since you're able to reproduce this on multiple systems could you submit a ticket so we can take a look, since I can't make this happen on a test machine?

    Ok, I'll do some more tests to try to identify the problem. I don't know if it's related to the browser language, since all mine are in pt-br. And why happens only on domains in only one cPanel server, not in the other. Thank you.

    studiofaca - can you post that ticket number here?  A ticket will get you much better information than a Forums post, typically, as we'll have full access to the server in question.

    i see we recommended running the the

    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/clear_showtemplate.stor_caches

    command on the system to clear that error message and now things are working well!
