Cannot redirect 301 on new domain

Hello i cannot make the redirect from my old one page domain to new domain, can help me to solve this ?

https://domainA.com/rtp/ to https://domainB.com/rtp/

i allready try the redirection on c panel and nothing happened, both domain are in the same server

  Hey there!  When you configure the redirect in the cPanel >> Redirects page, what happens in the browser - do you get any type of error or does the redirect simply not work?  If it doesn't work, are there other rules in the local .htaccess file that could be interfering with that behavior?
