  Hey there!  cPanel is designed to be installed immediately after the operating system, so no other packages like Apache or MySQL can be installed on the server.  Was this a fresh operating system install?

  I don't have a good explanation for what may be causing the issue.  You could also try running this to see if it will proceed:

  sh latest --force

  but you could create a ticket with our team if you'd like us to check out the system to see if we could identify a root cause.

  Hi I try it but same error. thanks anyway. Also there is something strange with the expiration date I just bought it last week.

  I also tried to submit a ticket bust it's not recognizing my ip or even the support id.

  You might need to start by emailing cs@cpanel.net since the server isn't built yet.  If you do that we can get the ticket created.
