website problems after cloudlinux installa
Sure! Here is the final message translated into English:
Dear Community,
I hope this message finds you well. About three days ago, we switched to CloudLinux OS and are currently using the trial version. We are very pleased with the service so far. The speed has significantly improved, and we are impressed with CloudLinux’s security features.
However, we have been facing a troublesome issue. A company has three cPanel accounts (aicapitalcl, aicapitalscom, aicaitals), corresponding to the domains (REDACTED). Within domain.com, there are two subdomains: nautilus.domain.com and clientes.domain.com. Additionally, domain.cl has two subdomains: api.domain.cl and reportes.domain.cl.
These websites intermittently stop working and display the error "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED." The DNS settings are correctly configured, there are no resource usage limits, and prior to using CloudLinux, we never experienced this issue. Although the performance was slower before, the websites never went down. What’s puzzling is that sometimes everything works fine without issues. Notably, the domains respond correctly when pinged.
We are currently using CloudLinux v8.9.0 STANDARD KVM and cPanel/WHM 120.0.5.
I hope you can assist us with this issue, as otherwise, we may need to revert to our previous server configuration. Please help!

Hey there! I removed the domains from your post for security reasons.
I checked the DNS and I'm not able to look up the nameservers from my personal workstation or my server, and online tools like intodns.com also fail to get the nameservers, so it seems there are DNS problems with the domains nameservers that need to be resolved. Can you check that on your side?
