    Hey there!  We don't offer any paid support options at this time, but if your cPanel license is purchased directly through us that includes priority support.

    What AutoSSL error are you getting on the system?

    ttremain - I deleted that post as we can't share public domains on the Forum.

    checking the domain with intodns as quietFinn showed will reveal at least one issue with the nameserver configuration.
