AutoSSL issue, Datacenter is not been able to help
We have an AutoSSL issue, but apparently the datacenter agreement with cPanel is that THEY take care of support. They've been working on the issue for days with no resolve, and time is running out for this certificate and some others coming up.
Can we directly pay cPanel for a premium support incident? We have root access, but are unable to access the support key in WHM.
Please advise.

What AutoSSL error are you getting on the system?
