Hey there!  No, that doesn't sound like something that would be happening on a cPanel server.  Do you just have access to your cPanel account, and not root access to the whole machine?  Inside cPanel, do you see a "clear cache" button on the right side of your interface?  If not, I would expect your hosting provider or datacenter would be able to help fix the problem.

    Hello There!

I have access to cpanel on my vps server and root.

I do not see this clear cache button on the right side of cpanel. I will need to dig deeper on this. I trie to search for clear cache and base on a post online, it tells to visit easy apache 4. When I go there, it is overwhelming to figure out which module to disable.

Thanks for taking the time in replying to my post.

Thanks for that information - if you don't see the clear cache button inside cPanel, then you don't have Nginx installed on the server, so there really wouldn't be anything on the server side that would be caching data.

If you try a different browser or different device altogether, does the issue continue to happen?

    Hello!

Do you mean this? I do have it. I click on clear cache all users and still the issue remains

This is what I do: When I am updating a page, I save it and then go to my cell phone and see if the change is showing up. Some sites it works ok while the one that I am having an issue dont. This issue is happening on hostinger or inmotion. Both places are running different cpanels, IP, etc... this is the reason I decided to post here to see if someone came across the same problem.

    tks,

    UNINSTALL NGINX REVERSE PROXY

Uninstalling NGINX reverse proxy will remove caching for all users and their websites.

Yes, the Nginx caching is what I was hoping would be the cause of the issue.

If the problem is happening across multiple different hosts, could it be something with your local ISP?

Perhaps I may want to disable this Nginx and see how it goes. I was reading about mod_ruid2 and thought to disable it. Yet, when I attempt to disable it, it says that it would delete and replace it with a new mod_ruid2 .

I became wary and did not proceed.

In regards to ISP, I already contacted in motion. Yet, hostinger since it is a self-managed vps, their support is least do desire despite they are giving a good price though. You cant have it all right? ahahah

FYI. Nginx is installed at the hostinger VPS while the Inmotion VPS does not have Nginx installed and the issue remains.....

No, I mean your local ISP at your workstation's location - your home or business.  Sometimes they perform caching as well.

i use 2 isp: Tmobile and Verizon. Mostly with Verizon due to my location. I am connected on a wireless router from inseego and Titan 3000E.

I will keep updated as I find more information and feedback from Inmotion and the sitebuilder folks. There must be a tweak that I am missing......
