Files section is not expandable in WHM

Hi All,

Could you please help to find out why the Files section i WHM is not expandable.

I tried to reboot the entire server that runs cPanel but it didn't help.

  Hey there!  Do you see anything odd in the log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log?  That's always the first place to check when there is odd behavior in the cPanel interface.

  I don't know what in the logs looks suspicious.

  Is it possible to initiate website full backup from the Linux OS and then export it somewhere to Samba or NFS share?

  The best thing to do is to run the following command while you load the cPanel interface:

  tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

  as that will show any logs in real-time on the system.

  You can create a full backup with the following command as the root user:

  /scripts/pkgacct username

  Just replace "username" with the actual cPanel username you're working with and then you'll be free to move that zipped file to any location you choose.  By default, the file will be placed in /home.
