    Hey there!  These logs indicate a problem with the /etc/my.cnf configuration file on your server.  Have you recently made any changes to that file?  Could you post the full contents of that file here?  Normally it is only a few lines - you can ignore the multiple paragraphs in there that are commented out.

    You are using an unsupported setting in the sql_mode= setting in /etc/my.cnf.

    sql_mode=NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION

    Change it to and restart the mysql service.
