    Hey there!  That doesn't look like a standard server hostname, or at the least it is an auto-generated domain on the machine.  Instead of that, just try using your domain name and see if that works.  If not, you'll likely need to speak with your host as they would have root access to the server and would be able to help troubleshoot your account directly.

    Sure thing!  I'm sorry I can't offer more, but at least trying with the domain could be a good option if your host isn't quick to respond.
