Can I have the solution for this ? Migrating from Plesk to Cpanel ... 1 account without troubles, 3 accounts giving this error ...

The previous poster never provided us access to the server in question, so we weren't able to fix that issue.  Could you submit a ticket so this can be investigated?

The problem with the tickets is that the license isn't acquired via Cpanel. I have an official license via the provider from the server, but apparently this offers not support from Cpanel.

So I kept on searching, via the net and fora, and after a lot of test I checked imunify360 ... apparently the ip address of the old server was blocked ... After deleting the line in imunify360 I could use the transfer tool again :-)

I'm glad that's all it was!

Your license provider should still be offering support for cPanel and then they would escalate the issue to us if they can't solve it.  If that isn't happening, we'd like to hear your feedback if you wanted to email cs@cpanel.net with more details.
