Hello,
I am receiving this error message despite having the following settings in the cPanel account:
Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed: Unlimited
Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour: 100

  Hey there!  Do you also have custom options for these settings in WHM >> Tweak Settings?  I'm wondering if somehow it is reading the global setting instead of the per-domain setting from WHM >> Modify an Account.

  Thanks for the additional details.  I'm not finding much on my end about this as I don't have any other recent cases where this has happened, so it would likely be best to create a ticket.
