I loaded a template store.  I am able to edit the pages and elements within the template. 

However, when I click the Products section, it says "To enable Commerce, please navigate to 'Commerce' in the left content sidebar and create your shop".  First off, there is no such 'Commerce' option on the left bar.  When I double click, I discover an option to Manage Store and a button to Open Control Panel.  When I click this, it opens a page called "Data Processing Agreement", which I click "I Accept".  After accepting this agreement, the page turns dark blue with a spinning circle in the middle, for which it remains.  It gets stuck at this point.  The domain is https://cms.sitehub.io/###### where the #'s represent my site code.

If I refresh the page or close and reopen, the process is repeated with the Data Processing Agreement.

Is this site builder capable of creating stores, or is this not ready for a production environment?

  Hey there!  The Commerce option can be enabled or disabled by your license provider.  This most likely indicates that your cPanel license isn't purchased directly from us, and your provider has disabled that option.
