Here is there doc: https://docs.jetbackup.com/v5.3/adminpanel/generalInformation.html#installation-guide but I'd open a support ticket to verify that they support cPanel on Ubuntu.

Thank you very much! This was very helpfull. My server is compatible with both cpanel and Jetbackup since I am running Ubuntu 22.04.

    Hello,

Just to clarify, JetBackup is able to be installed on Ubuntu servers using cPanel with the following system requirements:

    • Minimum cPanel/WHM version 88 and above
    • Ubuntu (LTS)    18.04, 20.04, 22.04 64-bit

Additionally, the following commands from our documentation will properly install JetBackup on your server:

    Install the JetApps Repository:

    bash <(curl -LSs http://repo.jetlicense.com/static/install)

    Install JetBackup 5

    jetapps --install jetbackup5-cpanel stable

If you encounter any issues during the installation, please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing support@jetapps.com or via our contact form.

    Best Regards,

    kevinJetApps
