NEW URL NOT OPENING

I have just installed the cpanel on my system and i have allowed access to all ports, but i have not been able to visit the url assigned to me. what can i do?

  Hey there!  When you say "the url" do you mean the cPanel & WHM URL?  The main URL for WHM that you'll need to log into for the first time is https://x.x.x.x:2087, where "x.x.x.x" is the IP address of the server.  They may also have provided you a version of that URL with the hostname.

  What error do you get when you try and access that page?

  Below is the url provided me after installation, in order to setup my server.

  https://x.x.x.x:2087/cpsess2653912789/login/?session=root%3akKhUyLbYQJlhx1uW%3acreate_user_session%2cb7b06eebfb4c17e169a36ce21d8cd3a4

  But the above url is showing error.

  Not been able to reach the address. And I allowed all ports just so I could setup the server, but still not working.

  What error does it show?

  It shows "site can't be reached," xxx.xx.xx.xxx took too long to respond"

  Thanks for the additional details.  I would ensure that the firewall on the server is configured as outlined at https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/general-systems-administration/how-to-configure-your-firewall-for-cpanel-services/.  If it is, you'll want to contact your host to ensure there is no external firewall blocking the connection.
