Support for Cpanel Store items
We have cpanel licence through our provider. so looks like can no longer access support directly as the form prompts you to contact them
But what about when we have purchased litespeed through cpanel store directly... now we can no longer seek support on this purchase.

trying to purchase a stand alone license so we can get support.... cant purchase it as the IP is already registered through to our DC issued copy....

Hey there! You'll just need to cancel the license, then order one through our store, then run this command on the server to update the license key:
/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

But now we have to wait for the DC to act on it - it's reliant on them cancelling it with you.
Can you advise how we can get cpanel to support the litespeed web server we paid cpanel directly for?

You can always start a ticket through cs@cpanel.net for things not related to the cPanel license itself, such as Litespeed.

cPRex that CS address is only manned 6 AM to 6 PM CST - what if we need support for the cpanel store item outside of that time?
In my case CS reset a litespeed store licence, but reset the wrong one, and then the office closed for the day so i had servers offline until the next morning without any ability to seek support.0 -
I reached out to the Technical Support manager about this to get more details for you. At this time, the best option is still to email CS.
However, we're working on changing the WHM interface so it will recognize *any* direct license and allow you to create a support ticket. The integration between WHM, our licensing tools, and the ticket system is taking a bit longer than we thought, but we hope to get that going soon!
I know that doesn't help right now, but there is a long-term plan for people in your situation that will improve the support experience.
