end of life centos 7

Hello
for both hardware upgrade and switching to a new operating system
We have ordered a new server (currently in the creation phase)

There are some things I want to ask

1-) In the WHM panel, the deadline is July 31, not June 30? Could there be a mistake here? 

2-) If you use our sites until the end of life date
If we cannot transfer it to a new server, will it continue to work as it currently does?
cpanel / whm and operating system
Could there be any problems in the work?
I'm just asking as a possibility.
Just in case there is a problem with the transfer or something unexpected happens.

3-) end of life
I guess this means that there will be no updates or support anymore.
I think the sites will work in their current form? is it true ?

  Is there anything required by us to enable the ELS updates or will cPanel do that for us? Do we need to disable the Centos 7 Base/Extras etc repos?
