wp toolkit error 500

WHM easily accesses the WP Toolkit and it is working fine on WHM. Cpanel Account users can't use it. It is showing

  Hey there!  Whenever there is an error in the cPanel interface the first thing to do is check the main cPanel log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log.  Do you see anything there that may be helpful and related to this error?
