hi, I recibe the message: 

(FATAL): The installation process was unable to synchronize cPanel & WHM. Verify that your network can connect to httpupdate.cpanel.net and rerun the installer.

and before that I recibe: ***** FATAL: Test install failed: error: Failed dependencies:
cronie is needed by cpanel-mailman-2.1.39-1.cp108~el9.x86_64

How can fix it?, its a Almalinux

  Hey there!  This sounds like an issue with the network or the Yum repos instead of a problem with the update, but let's confirm that is the case.  Can you run the following commands on the system without an error?

  yum clean all
  yum makecache
  yum update

  Finally the solution I found the solution and it was very simple , only run

  yum install cronie

  and after run the instalator and work!
