User logging

I have built a web search engine. I would like to make it private for web users to use. As it stands now, IPs related to web searches are not logged in the front-end. I would like to extend this to the back-end. IPs of searches not logged by server in the back-end. So, if a person searches for 'nasa'  their IP is not logged. That way, their IP is not traceable to any search. Is it possible to do this?

  Hey there!  This doesn't sound like it would be related to cPanel in any way, so I don't have additional details on this issue.
